About Us:

JMK Investments, Inc. is a property management company based in Santa Clara, CA, currently owning and/or operating over 2,000 apartment units throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento. Our goal is to have happy renters, successful properties, and a streamlined business model. To help us with this goal, we are looking for a team player who can help us meet or exceed occupancy goals through great customer service, marketing, and sales skills.

About the Job:

  • Manages a team of 4 employees and provides unit tours with prospective residents
  • Answer phone calls and emails from current and prospective residents
  • Update and maintain prospective resident contact database
  • Billing
  • Responsible for all Move in, Move out and Renewal procedures
  • Manages team on verification, and screening of prospects
  • Regularly complete market surveys
  • Manages marketing of available units
  • General administrative support
  • Special projects as assigned

About You:

  • High school degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Real Page and One-Site experience required.
  • Self-starter who is determined to get the job done and takes pride in their work
  • Excellent customer service, positive leadership and maintains a professional appearance
  • Detail oriented with great organizational skills
  • Must work weekends
